  Hare Krishna Krishna Prabhu, please accept my humble obeisances!

  All glories to Srila Prabhupada! firstly i am very much sorry that i could not answer to You on time but only after nearly month!

  It is very good to see how young people are eagerly following Krishna Consciousness.

  And we have to know that anything which happens in our life is only by the permission of Paramatma - Krishna. Krishna is in the heart of Your parents also. If they are angry with You it means they are not satisfied with some of Your qualities. But at the same time we can not satisfy everybody. For example, Raghunatha Goswami also was the son of very rich people, he had beautiful wife, wealth, lands...but even though his heart longed to be with Lord Gouranga. and he tried to escape his home thousands of times. Then parents found guards to guard him from escaping. He wrote a letter to Lord Chaitanya asking what to do. Lord Chaitanya told him to follow grihastha life perfectly externally  but in mind always to think of Krishna. and when the time will come I will personally call you.

   

  Raghunatha Goswami Maharaja followed His instructions and after some time Lord organized that he could escape his home and be fully engaged in devotional service.

   Sometimes, Krishna puts such like difficulties in our way just to increase our devotion to Him, to increase our determination towards Him. He wants to increase our efforts for devotional service. So by paying good price we could understand that Krishna Consciousness is not a cheap thing. And when we know the real price we payed we try very hard to save our jewel - Krishna Consciousness. So difficulties are for our own welfare. As like Kunti Mata prays: if those difficulties can make me to remember about You then let them come more and more. Let my mind flow into You as like Mother Ganga flows into an Ocean!

  Prabhu, as Lord Gouranga told if we do 2 things the He will take us to His abode:

  1. Not to criticize others and

  2. to chant the Holy Names

  whatever in our life there is we have to accept that as a lesson and by prayers and cultivating good qualities we have to pass those exams.

  If Your parents are against Your KC, then try to sit and talk to Them. Explain to them that you are individual person, and you have your own life, and explain that only KC gives you real happiness, give example that other young boys are smoking, drinking, do they want such like son or the son who is in KC and lives pure life? do not shout and get angry, just open your heart and explain. if they want you to perform your duties as a son: protection, getting married, job...then do them but with KC. In this way everybody will be satisfied.
