Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Nikitha's discussion Control temptations
    "Hare Krishna
I meant it with good intentions, as a support guide for other acquaintances regarding the same issue, and as a fellow sufferer myself. No matter, if I could edit it out of the post, I would. But you've already mentioned it once, and…"

Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Aashok Kumar Sharma's discussion The Historicity and Literal Existence of Krishna
">>> From a critical-historical perspective: is there sufficient evidence that Krishna ever existed as a historical person, or is he primarily a mythological or symbolic figure?
World history, by and large, is murky. The only reason we know of…"

Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Nikitha's discussion Question of a friend
    "I will say this:
What people think about is a reflection of the quality of their own minds, not yours
It has nothing to do with you or how you are. Often, what we believe about others judging us is just our fears getting projected outward, it may…"

Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Nikitha's discussion Question of a friend
    "Bhagavad Gita 13.23:
Yet in this body there is another, a transcendental enjoyer, who is the Lord, the supreme proprietor, who exists as the overseer and permitter, and who is known as the Supersoul.
    Bhagavad Gita 2.47:
You have a right to perform…"

Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Akshat Gupta's discussion How can i be disciplined
"It's not necessarily a thought can be positive or negative. It is just a thought, we assign them labels according to what we believe about ourselves and the world. The point is, controlling the mind is not possible. Because essentially what you're…"

    Offering Food To Krishna
Bhagavad Gita 3.13:"The righteous, who eat food that remains after sacrifice, are freed from all sins; but those sinful persons who cook food only for their own enjoyment truly eat sin". Srila Prabupada's Explanation: “The devotees of the Lord are…

Sai Jayakrishna Chandra replied to Nikitha's discussion Control temptations
"Krishna understands the human struggle and doesn't necessarily condemn someone when they act out of a mode of lust or any other human emotion. For Krishna, He doesn't judge actions and dish out karma; that's not in line with His personality or…"

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Through research and curiosity to connect more with the religious communities.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

    Haven't visited any

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I'm a pretty open-minded guy, I'm super into philosophy and Vedanta philosophy, I like to discuss and think about how I can mentally and visually acknowledge Krishna in my life, as well as change myself in a way that allows His will to act more fluidly through me. I like humor and having fun.

What are your expectations from this community?

Hope to know more about the Krishna Consciousness Movement to better understand how I can develop my worship and improve myself, as well as connect with like-minded people.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

As a former atheist, I know what it feels like to battle logic and "what makes sense" with the feeling that there is so much more than what we think. I can guarantee that the seeking for logic and the seeking for Krishna can coexist and were never opposites of each other. So, I can offer my clarity and wisdom on the struggle between understanding how existential logic can play in our lives and improve our devotion to Lord Krishna instead of feeling like we're walking backwards.
