Weapons in the Spiritual Sky
Hare Krsna, I am reading the Caitanya Caritamrita. I am now reading in the Madhya-lila Chapter 20/ vs. 225 where many descriptions of Visnu are being conveyed by Lord Caitanya to Sanatana Goswami. The Lord is saying how depending on the order of what Visnu is holding in His four hands, different names apply. A club and disc - which are weapons - are mentioned. So I was wondering or thinking how weapons seem out of place in the Spiritual Sky. So I am asking if anyone has any thoughts about this…
