So five thousand years ago Krsna came to kill some of the demons. Not all of them were demons. But next time, when Krsna will come, it will be only demons. Only demons. Kalki avatara. What is that stotra? Kesava dhrta-kalki-sarira jaya jagadisa hare. So at that time Krsna will not preach Bhagavad-gita. Kalki avatara will simply come to cut the throat only.

Death was walking toward a city one morning and a man asked, “What are you going to do?”
“I’m going to take 100 people.” Death replied.
“That’s horrible” the man said.
“That’s the way it is.” Death said. “That’s what I do.”
The man hurried to warn everyone he could about Death’s plan.
As evening fell, he met Death again. “You told me you were going to take 100 people,” the man said, “Why did 1,000 die?”
“I kept my word” Death responded. “I only took 100 people. Worry took the other….”
Worry is, and alw

In a certain place, the fishermen were catching fish. A kite swooped down and snatched a fish. At the sight of the fish, about twenty crows chased the kite and made a great noise with their cawing. A small but highly illustrative story
Once there was a small kid on earth. One fine day it came to know that God is distributing apples to humans in his place at heaven. The kid was so happy to receive that news and it went with lot of enjoyment to heaven to get the apple from God. There was a big queue standing to get apple from God and this kid also joined in that queue. While it was s

Srimad Uddhava-Gita is Bhagavan Sri Krishna's final sermon to His best disciple Sri Uddhava . It was given just before Bhagavan's return to permanent abode ( Sri Vaikuntam) .
1. Sri Uddhava said: My dear Bhagavan! The Jnana- Yoga described by You is very difficult for one who cannot control his mind. So, please explain to me in simple terms how someone can more easily execute the Yoga .
2. O Bhagavan! , generally those

What exactly do we mean by Sadhana?
Sadhana means ‘practice,’ the executive stage of Bhakti where we follow rules.
The effective stage of Bhakti is the attainment of love of Krishna
Purpose of Sadhana
What is the essence of all the rules we are practicing? – Somehow fix our minds at the lotus feet of lord Krishna. Most basic, profound and sublime concept Always remember Krishna.
What does it practically mean to remember Krishna?
The ability to see

Krishna comes across a shop of a floweriest. The name of the shopkeeper was Sudama, its different, don’t confuse, Krishna was studying with Sudama and there is a Sridhama from Vrindavan. Krishna’s friend from Vrindavan is Sridhama and Sudama is from, you understand now. Sudama had gone with little chipped rice to Dwarka and they were studying together and this is yet another Sudama here. So immediately,

Caitanya Mahaprabhu advised His disciples never to eat palatable food, never to talk about village topics and never to read ordinary novels, poems and newspapers. One may ask, “How is it that in the modern age these Europeans and Americans of the Krsna consciousness movement do not take interest in newspapers?” Newspapers are very popular in the West. Each day the papers are published in three or four editions, and they are all selling. However, the
Now that our dear Godsister, Chandi, has brought the Yamuna back to Keshi Ghata, there is a beautiful lake in front of the palace. So again Keshi Ghata will be the venue of this year's Yamuna Boat Festival on Saturday afternoon March 17th. She worked tirelessly to bring the Yamuna back to the ghatas and it is so glorious, so now we will return our annual festival to this lovely place. We have purposely kept it on Saturday so all the devotees from Delhi, Agra, and other neighboring cities can c

Hare Krishna Prabhujis and Mathajis,

I work as a caregiver for devotee parents in Stratford, Connecticut, but I also like to go out and distribute books as much as I can. So this morning as I was on my japa walk when I met a gentleman whom I see every morning. He walks his dog by the beach. So I approached him and showed him a Gita. His reaction?
"Oh my God! A few days ago I was thinking, 'I have a copy of this book somewhere in my home,' but I couldn't find it!"
It was a nice surprise to hear that.
He continued, "This is just

Srila Prabhupada told us that the chanting means to address the Lord.
We talk to Him by calling His name.
But we may wonder, How does the Lord feel about those who chant? Does
He notice them?
Yes. Krsna notices chanters even if they don't notice Him - and He
thinks of them. As Srila Vishvanath Chakravarti Thakura said, "When someone chants the Lord's name, the Lord's mind dwells on him. Krishna thinks, 'This person belongs

Because of lack of transcendental knowledge, one is thinking, “Oh because of Krishna Consciousness, I will give up some happiness, like going to the movies at night.” Some kind of attachment is there.
There is a story about Sanatana Goswami’s servant. He asked Sanatana Goswami, “There is a party going on in the forest…there is a big festival. Could I go and participate?”
Sanatana Goswami said, “Festival?…in the middle of
Bhagavan. Bhagavan means the proprietor of all wealth, aisvarya, samagrasya. Not any limited amount, but samagra, everything. Krsna says that. Bhoktaram yajna..., sarva-loka-mahesvaram: "I am the proprietor of all the planets." Krsna says that. So you check Him, that "How He is the proprietor of all the planets?" Therefore He showed Visvarupa, the universal form, how everything is within Him.
So everything is Krsna's unlimited. So therefore all-unlimited means Krsna, all-attractive. That is the
