On December 3rd, the Supreme Court of India accepted the review petition of ISKCON India (Reg. in 1971, Mumbai) and agreed to reconsider the decision that ISKCON Karnataka Society (Reg. in 1978) is the owner of the Bangalore Temple. The consequential decision was reached by a three-judge bench comprised of Justice M.M.
