Last month, a kirtan festival was held at the Kanai Balai Assembly Hall in Mayapur in remembrance of His Grace Aindra Dasa, the devotee most well-known for his passion and leadership in reviving 24-hour kirtan at the Krisna-Balaram Mandir. The festival event, organized by Karuna Devi Dasi, attracted many devotees who gathered to celebrate the spirit of love, devotion, and absorption of the Holy Name.

The third annual Govindadvipa Mellows – a kirtan festival usually held on the island also known as Inis Rath in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland – will be held virtually this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event is co-hosted online on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/914108069123040/ by Govindadvipa Mellows and Kirtan Dublin, and will run from 7:00am to 7:30pm Irish time on Saturday October 17th.
