Kumbh Mela started today Paush Purnima 27th jan-2013. Eco-friendly Dharam Rath pulled by two beautiful bulls caring the yuga avatar Nitai Gaurasundara and most merciful HDG ac Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. With hundreds of enthusiastic devotes chanting Hare Krsna Maha Mantra dancing ecstatically gracefully walked towards sangam for the second holy dip. Surprisingly we were the only procession with the beautiful deities and attraction for on looking crowd and media people. Mahaprabhu along with Nityanada Prabhu desire to take a bath in Sangam so devotees humbly served and carrying them on head with wonderful harinam kirtan by Sankirtan Pr And Sriniket Pr. At the bathing Ghat hearing the holy name was the real nectar for thousands of on looking peoples.Our camp commander German Sanak Sanatan Pr driving bulk cart and its amazing scene for Indian pilgrims. Off course Madhu Sundar Pr and his team were handing out Bhagwat Gita As it is to hundreds and thousands. After bathing on reaching camp Damodar Pr with his team serve hot and sumptuous prasadam made by pure ghee to over 3000 devotees and pilgrims. HH Veda Vyasa Priya Swami Maharaj blessed everyone with his presence with his group of devotees from AUS and USA.
Yes these are the daily programs in our ISKCON Kumbh Mela Tent.
1- Harinaam Sankirtan with Nitai Gaurasundara Pad yatra bulk cart is a regular feature everyday 11:00 am to 02:00 pm
2- Book distribution in thousands by enthusiastic devotees from Delhi is symbolized by Bhagwat Gita As it is in the hand of 1000 of pilgrims and police on duty.
3- Mass full (Sabji,Chapati,dal,Rice,Salad & Sweet) Prasadam distribution to full satisfaction to thousands of pilgrims.
4- Under the organized guidance by Advaita Krsna Pr and his team hundreds’ of guest and donors are pleased being comfortably housed in and served.
All this is for the pleasure for Srila Prabhupada. This all is happening because of generous financial contribution by all ISKCON temples from INDIA/Abroad.
