In the service of Srila Prabhupada, Srila Gurudev and the community of devotees, we are proud to present an unprecedented, one of a kind Hindi drama Event - “Kanha – A Divine Adventure” scheduled to happen on the 13th, 14th and the 15th of January 2016 at Shanmukhananda Hall (Sion E). For the first time EVER in Indian Drama an LED digital Mapping Technique will be used for a spectacular and mind boggling effect.
The show is based on the eternal pastimes of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna. It is said the essence of the entire Vedic wisdom is to realize the personality and the activities of Lord Sri Hari and hence this is a humble attempt on our part to bring forth the same to the masses of our country. Through this project, we would like to drive home the message of “Vedic India –Prosperous” - a project conceived specifically with the aim to reconnect the masses of our country to their roots through art and drama.
The drama will be performed by a troupe of around 200 children, professionally trained and nurtured. This show, apart from connecting the masses to Krishna Consciousness, will also provide the participating children, a platform to showcase their talent and thus boost their confidence and opportunities in life, as many of them are from the underprivileged sections of the society.
The event will commence at 6:30 pm and will continue until 9:30 pm. We heartily invite you, your family and friends to be present on any one of the three aforementioned dates as per your preference. The same show will be performed on all three days.
We also humbly request your good selves to spread the word amongst your friends, relatives, acquaintances etc so a maximum number of people will get a chance to witness this mega event.
