Devotees affiliated with the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) took part in Westival for the first time this month, an independent five-day music festival held from 2 to 5 July at Shipping Hill Farm near Manorbier on the Pembrokeshire coast. The festival, produced by Canvas Arts Events and now in its eighth year, drew close to capacity attendance, with organizers estimating around 4,000 guests across the site. A team of 12 devotees ran a prasadam kitchen, led kirtan on Westival’s wellness stage, distributed religious literature, and performed traditional Indian music and dance as part of Westival’s newly expanded wellness program.
