Hare Krishna, Hare Rama, You are from open western world [ extrovert] I am from Bulgaria where I learned to be an introvert - at that time there was no chose. My English probably is not good enough, but I will be glad if some times I going to share some ideas, thoughts with a person who has similar interest like me. I am fine art artist and I am older then you, but not annoying. I wish You success on Your spiritual path!

I am not trying to give you a piece of advice but to share what I am doing: When there is a problem in front of me , I am visualizing it in parcels put in a crosswords.[ At this point I noticed you sighed out,] Then I start with the most obvious things. In this case this is chanting and following the footsteps of millions before me. I was born in communist country where religion was not tolerated, so better do chant in privacy. It works for me.
