Well, I still struggle-but I don't give up. I would like some people to confide in who can be supportive male or female doesn't matter. I've met a few people who love me the past couple of years--they give me suggestions, GURU DAS, NIRANTARA DASA, SANDAMINI DEVI DASI, the President of the temple in Tucson, Arizona, is very supportive-but I don't live there.
What are your expectations from this community?
I would like to associate with devotees who have the time every so often who can suggest what I need to do, where I need to go to learn how to improve, like a Krishna coach, to be more conscious of Krishna. There's a lot I just don't know-I admit. There are tunes we chant at the temple and I don't know them. Basically I need a Krishna 101 course. I am serious and honest with you.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
I write Krishna/Prabhupad/George Harrison poetry that I would love to offer to Lord Krishna and his devotees. I write poetry based on purports in the Bhagavad Gita also for example. Chapter 2 Text 58
My Lord, help me be firmly fixed in Krishna consciousness
I desire to rise above the world's material mess
With help and guidance I can pass your spiritual test
Elevate me to a level that's higher than the rest
Krishna, remind me to be like a turtle
Have my shell resemble an armored girdle
Let me overcome the sense object hurdle
May my soul within be strong, not weaken and curdle
