  beginning of each day may be regarded as the beginning

  of a new life, in which you can think, act and live newly,

  and in a wiser and better spirit. Your day will be followed

  with a bright influence, and the tasks and duties of the

  day be undertaken in a strong and confident spirit, and

  and the whole day will be well lived. And may your evening

  be filled with calmness of mind which can be yours as you

  develop right understanding, and see more clearly the

  internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect.

  Hence you will cease to be tensed and stressed or grieved

  and worried, and you will remain patient, steadfast and
