When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I first came to know about ISKCON and Lord Krishna during my schooling when one of my sirs Mr.Arora told me.But later when he left the school I didn't take KC that seriously although I strongly believed in Krishna.I had quit nonveg but somehow i was not much serious in KC.I was chanting and reading about Krishna still was lacking seriousness.Life went on like that for 4yrs.Its after that I again came into contact with the movement after many bad experiences .Now I am very serious about it and realised how foolish i was for being diverted.Having realised the true meaning of life, I wish to serve HIS lotus feet birth after birth.HARE KRISHNA.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

ISKCON-Mulugu road , Warangal. Sri Krishna temple-Warangal.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

What to decribe about a fallen soul...My life has always been in confusion till i've been a part of the movement.I feel Krishna has taught me what life is.In fact I've learnt the real meaning of life in 20 yrs.Ever since I was in troublesome situations I've been asking Krishna why my life is never peaceful and always in trouble.I felt HE was silent.I found my life so miserable , got frustrated and committed suicide for almost 6 times.But when I was almost hopeless Krishna saved me from tough situations and brought back the lost hope.Though I believed everything happens for a reason,I could not get what the reason was.And finally when I was out of all miseries i realised why everything has happened.Then Im finally here.Infact safe at the lotus feet of the Lord. "Krishna never abandons HIS devotees."HE is the most merciful one." Now I wish I would become a pure devotee of HIS and wish to serve HIS lotus feet birth after birth.Although Im half drowned in KC and half in material life,I wish I would give up all material pleasures and surrender unto the LORD,serve HIM,please HIM,praise HIM,love HIM, and what not...dedicate whole of my life to HIM.JAI SHREE KRISHN !!!

What are your expectations from this community?

Association with pure devotees Knowing more and more about the LORD through divine discussions. Clarify my doubts regarding spiritual life and advance in KC. Become aware of many spiritual aspects so that i can spread the movement to some part i can.
