When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I moved to St. Louis in summer of 2006 and immediately met this wonderful Devotee who was working in the same company but in different department. He invited me to Krishna Janmashthami and gave me the flyer. I lost the flyer, but I knew when it is, so I went to the temple but later found the festival was in some other place. I explained him all this and he said 'no problem' come to our house for Bhakti Vrksha. I went with my family and liked it very much and continued visiting Sunday feasts and home programs.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

I am the most fallen one. I came in contact with pure Devotees in 2006 and due to my ignorance and fallen state I somehow lost contact. I am realizing now and with help of Shrila Prabhupada's books and Krishna's mercy I am getting back. I am currently stuck in Indianapolis where there is no temple and could not find anyone nearby; looking for devotee families in Indy area.

What are your expectations from this community?
