What’s Cool About Hot Milk
Ingredients:
• Whole fresh milk, preferably unpasteurized – 4 cup
• Sugar – 4 tbsp
• Cardomom powder – 1/4 tsp
• Whipped cream for a garnish (opt.) – 1 heaping tbsp
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil three times.
2. Garnish with a dab of whipped cream.
