Vegetable Raita

2 cups Curd4 Tbsp finely chopped Cucumber4 Tbsp finely chopped Tomato4 Tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves1 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Asofoetida½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder½ Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, ground fineMix Curd with water to get the desired medium consistency. Add chopped tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and black pepper. Serve chilled.
