Tamil Mango Pickle

Raw (Unripe) Mango - 1Salt - 1/ 2 tspGreen Chilies - 3Asofoetida - a pinchCut the mango into tiny pieces. Make a paste out of the salt, chilly and asafetida and add to the mango pieces. Mix well. Adjust salt and chilly quantities according to taste. This type of pickle should be prepared just about 10 minutes before serving
