Tamil Mango Ginger Pickle

Raw (Unripe) mango - 1 smallFresh Ginger root - 50 gmsSalt - 1 tspLemon Juice - 1/2 tsp (freshly squeezed)Cut the mango into tiny pieces. Peel the ginger and cut it into tiny pieces. Add the salt and the lemon juice and mix well. This is best used within 2 - 3 days of preparation.
