Light cream, 1 QuartHoney, 6 TablespoonsSaffron, 2 PinchesAlmond extract, 1/2 TeaspoonApple Juice, 1 PintMix all ingredients together and blend well. Keep chilled. Just before offering, beat with a hand mixer or in blender for just a minute or two, to get a little fluffy. Serve on cubed ice.
