South Indian Dosavakaya

raw cucumber - 1Mustard seeds - 4 teaspoonsred chiily powder - 1/2 teaspoonsalt to tasteghee - 6 teaspoonsGrind the mustard seeds with a little salt and water until you get a nice paste. Cut the cucumber to small pieces. Add ghee as needed for desired consistency, along with red chilly powder and prepared mustard paste. Let sit for 1/2 hour then offer.
