You need:Macaroni 200gmsCapsicum chopped finely 1 smallCabbage, carrot and beans finely chopped 1 cupTomato 3 finely choppedAdd oil on the kadai, heat and add some jeera & sounf, then capsicum and all the veg.s. Once tomato softens add some curry masala powder (sambar powder also will go well) and salt and fry for a while then add 400 to 500 ml of water depending on the size of the macaroni. Once the water comes to a boil, add the macaroni, cover the vessel and keep for 15 minutes.Best to cook in small pressure cooker with no weight just allow it to steam cook for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes add coriander leaves on top and can also add prasley and basil leaves as per our choice before serving.
