Salsa Dip
Ingredients
• 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes*
• ½ cup chopped bell pepper (red is preferred)
• ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 chili
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
• Dash of hing
• ½ cup water or tomato sauce**
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
Serve
1. salsa in a bow with tortilla chips.
2.Canned tomatoes or jar tomatoes does not have the sweet taste that fresh tomatoes offer.
3. Tomato sauce will make the salsa reddish and water will make the salsa greenish.
