Ingredients
1 cup semolina
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup mango pulp
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup cashew nuts n raisins
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method: Take a heavy bottom pan add 1/4 cup ghee. Add cashew nuts when it turns light brown add semolina till it turns light brown in colour and pleasant aroma comes. Then add mango pulp and remaining ghee and again roast for sometime. Add milk, sugar, raisins and cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly and cook constantly stirring on medium flame till it starts leaving the sides of the vessel.
