- 1 lauki small
- wheat flour for kneading--2 cups
- oil for sprinkling
- salt
- red chilli powder
- ajwain ...1 teaspoon
- haldi a pinch
grate lauki and mix in flour with all ingreadiants and make a dough add water if desired as lauki is watery,make parathas after some time you keep it aside with oil on both sides
