Kali Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice - ½ kg
- Grated coconut - ½ cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak the rice in water for 8-10 hours.
- Sieve and Grind the rice along with coconut.
- Heat the tava and put oil.
- Spread the batter starting from middle of the tava. Do not put the batter on side of the tava.
- Cook in a medium flame for 4-5 minutes till crisp.
- Turn and cook on the other side also. Dosa is ready.
- Serve with Chutney or Sambhar
