Chana Dal 1CupRed Chilli 4Tamarind, PinchMustard 1 tsp.Cumin 1 tsp.Salt to tasteHeat a pan, and add Chana Dal, Red Chillis, Mustard and Cumin and fry on low heat. Stir occasionally until Chana turns light brown. Then add the above mixture to food processor, along with a pinch of Tamarind and salt to taste (half spoon) and grind it by adding little water.
