HORSEGRAM IDLI

Ingredients


  • 1cup Urad Dal
  • 1cup Horse gram(pic as below)

  • 2cup Idli rava
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Wash and soak the Horse gram and Urad Dal at least two hour.
  2. Grind them together and make a nice paste.
  3. Then add Idli rava and salt as per taste and immediately steam it, no need to ferment.
  4. steam in Idli stand for half an hour.
  5. serve with green chutney.
  6. Offer it to Krishna and have prasadam.
