groundnut chutney

Ingredients:

Ground nut - 1 cup

Tomato - 1 medium sized

salt - 1/2 tsp

water - 1/2 cup

For tadka:

Ghee - 2 tsp

mustard - 1/2 tsp

urad dal - 1/2 tsp

curry leaves - 6 ti 8 leaves

red chillies - 2 to 3

Method:

Roast the ground nut for about 2 minutes ,remove the husk, cool it and mixie with finely chopped tomato, water and salt.

Take ghee in a pan n heat it, add mustard seeds,urad dal, curry leaves n cut red chillie.

Turn off the flame when urad dal colour changes to light brown .

Add this to the ground mixture and stir

Groundnut chutney is ready to serve with dosa or idli after offerring to Lord Krishna.

It can be mixed with rice also and eaten
