Yoghurt, 2 cupsDoodhi (pumpkin), grated, 1/4 PoundCumin seeds, roasted & ground, 1 TeaspoonSugar, 1 TablespoonCharoli (or pine nuts), 1 TablespoonGinger, minced, 1 InchRaisins, 1 TablespoonGaram masala, 1/2 TeaspoonCoriander leaves, HandfulCayenne, 1/2 TeaspoonSalt, To tastePeel and grate the pumpkin, then steam until cooked soft. Set aside to cool. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Gently fold in the shredded pumpkin, chill and offer.
