Cucumber Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1
- Green Chilies - 4
- Oil for roasting
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak Rice for 3 to 4 hours.
- Peel and chop Cucumber into big slices.
- Sieve the Rice and grind it along with Cucumber, Coconut, Green chilies and Salt to a batter.
- Heat and grease a griddle and pour a ladleful of batter and spread in a concentric circle.
- Sprinkle Oil and roast on both sides.
- Serve hot with Chutney.
