Capsicum-Okra Fry.

Capsicum 1 large½ pound Okra1 tsp turmericsalt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder2 tsp sabji masalasprig curry leavesGhee for fryingWash capsicum and okra and cut into small pieces and set aside. Heat ghee in a heavy pan, add capsicum and okra then deep fry them till brownish. Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and sabji masala, and last add curry leaves. Fry till nicely done.
