Banana Vada

Potatoes, 2 largeBananas, ripe, 4Jalapenos, minced, 4Ginger, minced fresh, 3 InchesCoriander, ground, 5 TablespoonsMustard Seeds, 2 TeaspoonsSesame Seeds, 2 TablespoonsPomegranate Seeds, 2 TablespoonsTurmeric, 1/2 TeaspoonCayenne, 1 TeaspoonGhee, 2 TablespoonsLemon Juice, 4 TablespoonsSugar, 2 TablespoonsSalt, To tastePeel and boil the potatoes. Mash it along with all the other ingredients except the ghee, mustard and sesame. Make a chaunce with the mustard and sesame and heat till they splutter. Add chaunce to the vada mixture, then form the mixture into patties. Fry in ghee until golden brown, drain, and offer.
