ALOO PASANDA

Ingredients

 

4- 5 boiled potatoes

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp jeera powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp chilli powder

a pinch of hing

1 cup curds.

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil or ghee

coriander leaves for garnishing

 

Method: 

1.Cut potatoes in big pcs.  Marinate the potatoes with all other ingredients for 1/2 an hour.

 

2.Heat oil or ghee in a kadai.  add marinated potatoes.  add 1/2 cup water and cook till the gravy becomes thick.  Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
