6 cups burfi

Ingredients

 

1 cup semolina

1 cup ghee

1 cup milk

1 cup besan

2 cups  sugar

cardamom powder

cashew nut pcs

 

Method:  Mix all the ingredients in a thick bottomed vessel.  Keep on fire on a medium flame and keep stirring till ghee separates.  For testing drop a little on a ghee smeared plate.  if it solidifies to a burfi consistency then it is done.  Transfer on a ghee smeared plate and cut to pcs.
