    beautiful  things  emanate  from Him,  and  His
    Personal Form is  so attractive  that it  steals the
    eyes away from  other objects, which  then seem
    devoid of  beauty  in comparison to Him.  I offer

    happiness is hidden under the cover of service and

    He talked to me through japa this morning!! I was on the bus, doing my japa more or less disciplined, and then the landscape morphed into a wheat field, and a voice said I would be "safe". What a morning! Thanks, sweet Lord!!

The Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu (1.1.11) defines pure devotion thus: anyābhilāṣitā-śūnyaṁ jñāna-karmādy-anāvṛtam ānukūlyena kṛṣṇānu-śīlanaṁ bhaktir uttamā(CC.2:19:167)"One should render transcendental loving service to the Supreme Lord Kṛṣṇa favorably and without desire for material profit or gain through fruitive activities or philosophical speculation.
