  happening right now. Mindfulness means that

  one does not get lost in thoughts  about what

  might happen  tomorrow or what  did happen

  yesterday. Instead, one gives undivided attention

  to whatever one  is doing  right now. With love

  from the Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Krishna, the

  God of Gods; Lord of Lords; King of Kings; God of love; the

  God of Endless, Infinite, Unconditional love; the Embodiment

  of Loving and Boundless mercy. Everything in the universe is

  in His Hands. I offer my respectful obeisances unto Him. Make

  your heart as soft as wax to sympathise with others, but make

  it as hard as rock to bear the blows, the adversities of life.The

  more we endure with patience and humility, the stronger we grow

  and the more we can face the problems of life that confront us.

  The blacksmith`s anvil receives constant blows from the hammer

  and still remains unshaken. When one has perfect knowledge of

  Lord Krishna, then no matter how many difficulties and hardships,

  sorrows and afflictions  one may face, one`s mind remains serene

  things which they regret later. But this can be

  prevented if one deliberately pay attention, being

  fully aware of what is happening both inside oneself,

  in one`s body, mind and heart, and outside oneself,

  in one`s environment. It is paying attention without

  judgement or criticism. It is respectful and receptive

  awareness. One becomes fully present with one`s

  experiences, with one`s body, thoughts and feelings and

  their impact with one`s experience. When one has a truly

  mindful attitude, one sees oneself kindly and clearly sees

  the effect of one`s behaviour on other people. With love

  to accept them just as they are, rather than to speak

  harmfully about them. How would you feel if you knew

  that someone was judging you unfairly without knowing

  the "real" you, or thinking angry thoughts about you

  because of something you have said or done. Every person

  you have interacted with might be a good father or mother,

  or son or daughter, or husband or wife or friend, and is

  dearly loved by someone, just as you are. The way you have

  experienced them is not who they really are. It is just how

  you have experienced them. You may never know the real

  reason why they behaved that way at that time. So be fair

  to people. What you give out comes back to you in one form

  to force matters. When we are patient we use

  resources wisely and we do not become overwhelmed

  by problems or worry over what is not happening.

  We are comfortable with what we are able to do,

  and many of the most distressing situations in life
