The session revealed both challenges and opportunities: while many centers are growing, progress is often slow and hindered by limited leadership capacity and infrastructure. Participants called for a cultural shift from isolated efforts to inter-temple unity and collaboration.

Practical growth models discussed included flexible outreach spaces such as yoga studios or weekend rentals, programs tailored for youth, professionals, or local language groups, and strategic planning based on regional demographics. Strengthening existing centers emerged as an equally important priority—through improved community care, stronger systems, and better support for temple teams.
