I have read in a Book called The Practice of Brahmacharya by Swami Sivananda that One Who Practices Strict Brahmacharya or Celibacy for 12 Years and Never Loses a Single Drop of Semen in 12 Years of Such Practices Can Raise his Semen up to the Brain. I Think in Sanskrit Such a Brahmachari is called Urdhva-Retah Brahmachari One Who Can Lift his Semen Up to the Brain.The Four-Kumaras the Sons of Brahma are Such Brahmacharis.This Practice was also Possible by Sadhus and Yogis Who Lived in Previous Yugas. I have Never Met so Far in My 50 years of Life Such a Pure Brahmachari Yet. I Don’t Say that Such Brahmacharis Don’t Exist in Kali-Yuga.To My Little Knowledge that I can Share with you is this. Srila Prabhupada Instructed Brahmacharis To Chant their Rounds Very Attentively Daily Follow Strictly the Four-Regulative Principles Study His Books very Carefully Especially Srimad-Bhagavatam and Bhagavad-Gita Daily and Keep Good Association of Devotees. For Serious Brahmacharis Obviously Good Association is of other Brahmacharis and Sannyasis. Strictly Avoid Close Association with Women and Never Remain alone with a Woman.I Don’t think Srila Prabhupada was Keen On Brahmacharis coming to the point of Lifting their Semen up to the Brain. If a Serious Brahmachari in Krsna Consciousness Never indulges in Sex and Can Sincerely Maintain the Practice of Brahmacharya or Celibacy for the Rest of his Life Is that not more than Enough then be So Worried about Lifting Semen up to the Brain without Losing a Single Drop in 12 Years? Sometimes even While Passing Urine and Stool a few Drops of Semen may Leak out and We may not be aware of that. What can be Done? If We can Keep our Mind Pure and not have a Wet Dream That is Good Enough I Think. Yes We have to be Careful with the Food We Eat and the Way we Sleep. Also Never Think of Women. Those Brahmacharis Whose Minds Constantly think of Women Should become Honest Grhasthas. Srila Prabhupada instructed Brahmacharis to Maintain Strong Sadhana Bhakti and To Love and Serve Krsna in the Best Possible Way. Our Memories will Still Remain Very Sharp and Strong by Strictly Practicing Brahmacharya or Celibacy and Never Indulging in Sex. Our Brains will Still become Fertile even If We Don’t Come to the Stage of Lifting Semen Up to the Brain. To Love and Serve Krsna is the Most Important Quality of a Sincere Brahmachari.I Don’t Know What Else to Say.
