I started my KC journey back mid 2023 since then i chanted 16rounds daily, wakeup 3:30am, eating only parasdam , doing home dieties seva, listening 1 hr lecture daily. My father is narcissts he always used to blame me and my mom for everrything he always verbally abusing, mental torture, blame gaming, fight daily for the reason we are even connect or responsible directly or indirectly but he always doing same thing.
