Gadadara Pandit was a childhood friend of Nimai and both were students in the same ‘Tol’ or school. Gadadhar’s parents Madhav Mishra and Ratnavati were natives of Chattagram district but later moved to Navadwip. Gadadhar Pandit was born in Navadwip.
