The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) temple in Tallahassee, Florida, is seeking dedicated devotees—either individuals or couples—to join its growing spiritual community and contribute to the expansion of Lord Chaitanya’s Sankirtan mission.
Located at 1323 Nylic Street, ISKCON Tallahassee is home to an active preaching center that combines traditional temple worship with dynamic outreach, especially among students at Florida State University (FSU). The temple team is looking for spiritually enthusiastic devotees to help build a vibrant devotional atmosphere that nurtures residents, welcomes guests, and inspires the broader congregation.
Key Service Areas
Volunteers will be expected to participate in maintaining the temple’s daily spiritual programs, including Mangal Arati at 6:30 AM, Tulasi Puja, Guru Puja, kirtans, and Srimad Bhagavatam classes. Outreach efforts are a significant part of the service, with regular Harinam, book distribution, and campus events at FSU, as well as support for weekend congregational programs aimed at strengthening local community engagement.
