How Mantra Meditation relieves stress

 How mantra meditation balances your mind: Its only words, a famous song during our college time. but quite a truth. Words can take your heart away. Be it a pep talk given to players during half times or time outs. or be it a war cry. It gives impetus immediately. To make more things more clear, I would like to give an example of movies. Movies always had impact on society. It forced people to have a certain life style at times. What is the reason? the dialogue and the whole presentation of movie impacts our mind.

Hollywood presented Buddhism in such a style that it made few Hollywood actors follow Buddhism and it created an impression there , where? in the mind of course. Words- be it an abuse or softly spoken words by lovers do have an impact on mind. We get controlled by it rather . Divine words coming from Vedic literature relieves you from the stress. Yoga practitioners often tell their students to chant the divine sound vibration"OM" having practised it myself I know how it feels. It always gave me divine energy to fight the negatives.

 
If some one hears friends voice on the telephone after a long period of separation, he immediately remembers everything about the friend, where they ate together and what they did together. Similarly if you chant transcendental sound vibrations you catch the frequency of divine things. Get hold of it.
