Hare Krishna!
Wishing you all a joyful and blessed Deepawali! 🌟🙏
Yesterday, we had the wonderful Jvala Nrismha Lamp Lighting to celebrate the completion of the new Narasimha Wing. The procession began at 3:30 pm, with Lord Lakshmi Narasimha and Garuda Vahana gracing the way from the Pancha Tattva courtyard to the TOVP temple. The air was filled with the sounds of ecstatic kirtan, drums, and conches, creating a truly uplifting atmosphere. At 4:00 pm, we gathered for bhajans, heard a short message, and joined together in Narasimha prayers, arati, and a beautiful lamp lighting, followed by Damodar Ashtakam, dance, drama, and more.
It was a packed and wonderful day, especially with the arrival of over 10,000 devotees from around the world who are here for Radhanath Swami Maharaj’s Kartik parikrama group!
Now, we’re getting ready for the joy of Govardhan Puja! A majestic Govardhan Hill is being beautifully recreated at the Pancha Tattva courtyard by Mayapur community devotees, who are working tirelessly to bring this sacred pastime to life for the pleasure of their Lordships. It’s going to be a celebration filled with joy, devotion, and community spirit!
We’d love for you to join in this special event by serving the thousands of pilgrims and visitors arriving in Mayapur. Every offering made in this auspicious month brings blessings, as Krishna multiplies each act of devotion thousandfold. ✨
This year, Govardhan Puja will be observed on November 2. The Pratipada Tithi starts at 6:16 pm on November 1 and ends at 8:21 pm on November 2.
