1) There is mentioned in Pancaratra-Pradipa that a fan is offered only during warm weather. Does it mean that one should offer it according to temperature outside or to warm season in general?

2) If there is an additional offering of bhoga to be done after prescribe offering, should one perform dhupa-arati after the main offering or after the additional one?

3) Does dhupa-arati refer only to the prescribe offerings? What about if there are many additional bhoga offerings to the Deities during the day?

1) Yes. Why would you fan someone if it is freezing cold? (Of course, one might similarly ask, "why wave the camara if there are no flies to keep away" yet with camara there is more a sense of showing honor to a person as well as having a practical purpose.

2) & 3) Aratis are offered generally only at the scheduled times, immediately after the scheduled bhoga offerings. Additional bhoga offerings need not be followed by an arati, although it wouldn't be entirely wrong, especially after a big, special offering, as partof a festival.
