Letter to Sri Advaita hari prabhu's family by HH Ramai Swami
Dear Madhurya Prem Mataji and devotees of Mayapur.
Please accept my humble obeisance’s. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
We were saddened to receive the tragic news of the passing away of our beloved Advaita Hari prabhu who was the Chief Finance Officer and a Deputy Director of the Mayapur temple.
He was a true vaisnava and gentleman who was respected by all and while we will miss him tremendously, we would like to place on record all the wonderful things that he carried out during his brief but very effective tenure as the CFO. He joined the temple at a most crucial juncture when we were concerned about the lack of controls in several management areas and we can say with definite emphasis that he was instrumental in setting up several systems that today have given us a huge amount of confidence in the working of the Finance Department.
His integrity was legendary and his commitment and dedication to the task on hand, although stressful, was his life and soul.
We were always aware that his heart was in preaching the message of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu to the most fallen of this age. Of late, Advaita Hari prabhu had set his heart in this and beginning initially with preaching programs in Kolkata, he started visiting South Africa frequently and in fact had just recently returned from a very successful visit there. We pray to Lord Krsna to grant him eternal residence at His lotus feet.
