10 days have already gone by and we still have to do so much. There is so much nectar yet to tasted- Book Marathon is going on and yet so much more has to be done.
Please we request all of you to pick up your bags and give out the books. "Daane daane pe likha hai khane wala ka naam "- This is what H.H Jayadavait swami said in english while narrating his experience on book distribution. He said "On every book of srila prabhupada is the buyers name"...so we just try.
There are stalls everywhere in Mumbai. There are more Amazing ways you can take part. May be you can try this - place 2 Bhagavad Gita english near your computer (table) and they will find their buyers. For those working in good offices, you can certainly do great at stalls in the evening, but you can much more during day at your work place also.
THIS ONE METHOD IS DOING GREAT THIS YEAR- SAASTRA DAAN.

Kumar gauranga prabhuji inspired our temple shoe stall devotee to keep a stall of books near the shoe stall. He educated him nicely on how he should ask everyone to pls take one gita....and if they say i have it....then tell them
please donate to others, process works....people have money.... This is what happened the same day at shoe stall, one lady after darshan came to take her shoes....shoe stall devotee asked her whether she has a gita...when she replied positively, he showed her the saastra daan pamphlet and asked her if she can donate some gitas. This lady took out 10,000 rs and immediately signed up to donate 100 Bg to be distributed in villages.
Kumar Gauranga prabhuji can tell you many more stories like " Hawaldar gets saastra daan from Muslim shopwala" ...pls call him and get inspired to start this wonderful way. thank you for your attention.
One senior devotee in congregation put it aptly " Stall is for purification and Saastra daan is for Multiplication". Can Call Sridama prabhuji of how his group of counsilees have already done around 2000 Bhagavat gita sponsored through Saastra Daan.
Srila prabhupada said "think big". " Go for the rhino".
