1) NEW DEGREE APPROVED - FEW MORE SEATS STILL AVAILABLE
A panel from the University of Chester, England, validated the new Educational degree course by Bhaktivedanta College. It means that Bhaktivedanta College now has the green light to launch its three-year course. The program’s first year will run from September 17th, 2012 until June 2nd, 2013, while the entire three-year run will end sometime in June 2015. 4) ONLINE STUDY - DISCOVERING BHAKTI CULTURE AND SPIRITUALITY
Although tailored with the special attention given to the yogis and yoginis of the modern age, this course is meant basically for everyone who is interest in knowing more about bhakti yoga. The first two weeks we will be talking about History of Modern yoga in the West, turning to Sankhya Yoga Philosophy (together with the concepts of karma and reincarnation) in the middle two weeks, turning to Bhakti in its different contexts in the last three weeks. The course is encompassing both theoretical approaches and practical applications of its concepts through the Power-point and video lectures, MP3 media and lots of electronic reading materials.
