A sincere devotee who chants and hears

the glories of Lord Krishna should not be

discouraged by the remnants of material

desires within the heart. He should faithfully

wait for the devotional process to naturally

purify the heart of all contamination.

gratifying the concoctions of the mind,

causing many types of material desires

to become prominent, one after another.

But if we constantly engage in the devotional

service of Krsna by hearing and chanting

His transcendental glories with firm faith,

then we will get relief from the

harassment of material desires.

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

initially got inspired from my parents, specially my father who is a doctor & actively unto the service of the lord. under the shelter of the community from 2003!

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

ISKCON,minto park(kolkata) ananga prabhu, ritudeep prabhu, arjun prabhu, shantanu prabhu, dr.gautam majumdar.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

exploring myself everyday ! nothing much to speak about myself . just an ordinary human being with simple ideologies & belief that starts with lord krishna & hopefully the process of achieving krishna consciousness with help me to explore different facets of life on this planet & beyond! hare krsna!!

What are your expectations from this community?

realize my eternal connections with lord krishna & help me to achieve peace of mind away from the materialistic instincts of the human race!

i consider myself to be too small to be offering any kind of service to the king of the universe........but if the lord wishes me to fulfill one would love to offer any sort of services.
