  Hare Krishna Mataji,
  If one feels tense, all that a Devotee who is dear to Krishna (like you) must do is to look over his/her shoulder. Your dearest friend Krishna is always by your side, watching over you...Can't see him? Try closing your eyes...and calling out to him....it really works!
  He will take care of you problem...and your tension... :)
