When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
During when I was in college.Some senior students did enlighten me about this movement.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
Never visited any yet.But I'd very much love to someday soon.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
Introvert, shy at first, but once i get to know someone i'm very talkative, and friendly i'd say. I prefer to have one on one deep conversation than talking with groups. I put my efforts to keep a conversation going on my part. I'd very much like it if the other person feels the same.
What are your expectations from this community?
well never been in any community so far. So it'd be a total new experience for me. I'd be glad if I happen to find some like minded people and get to know more about life, body and spirit. It's just being introverted I stopped socializing much and tried to learn about life and truth all by myself. But ended up off the track as I lacked the support and the proper motivation to keep going. So i'd expect this community to guide me in ways so that I can keep practicing the "Krishna Consciousness".
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
I have a busy study schedule as of now. so I'm not sure what I can provide. Once I get along with the community and get to know other people on here, i'm sure I will give it a thought and do something which would help someone.
